Terms + Conditions
All bookings at The Boarding House are subject to these Terms.
We accept the following methods of payment: credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and debit cards.
When a reservation is booked, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card provided. (We will never overbook, so you can be 100% assured your stay is locked in! Deposits will also discourage scalping agencies from reserving and reselling blocks of rooms.)
The remaining 50% balance will be charged to the card upon check-in.
Price lists for additional items, such as room service, movies, mini bar snacks, robes, and so forth, are listed in the rooms at The Boarding House (and are available on request.) These services/items will be charged as needed to the credit card on file.
All outstanding charges will be charged to the credit card upon check-out.
4. Cancellation Policy and No Shows
Reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours in advance of the arrival date, and deposits will be fully refunded up until that time. Refunds can take up to 48 hours to appear as a credit on your credit card.
Because we are a small hotel, deposits are non-refundable after the 48-hour period.
5. Check-in/ Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00 pm (or after) on the day of arrival.
In the interest of security, and to verify identity, guests are asked to present photo ID upon check-in. The person checking in must be eighteen years of age or older.
Check-out time is 11:00 am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be requested and will be subject to availability.
6. Occupancy/Guest Stay
Rooms are subject to maximum occupancy rules set by The Boarding House. Please contact us if you have any questions.
7. Reservation Resale
Anti-scalping policy: We do not permit our rooms to be booked by third parties and resold. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations that are made by such groups.
At this time, with the exception of service animals, we are unable to accommodate pets at The Boarding House. We apologize for any inconvenience!
9. Accidents/ Injuries
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur during your stay.
10. Lost items
We are not responsible for lost or left behind items. If you do lose or leave behind an item, please call front desk ASAP and we will do our best to help!
We will never share your details in any form or fashion with anyone, ever.
